Delivery & Refunds Policy

  • UK orders are usually delivered in 2-3 working days. For international orders, delivery typically takes 5–7 working days.

    This is subject to change depending factors such as weather, postal strikes or transport services, as well as other factors that are unfortunately out of the business’ control.

    Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible after purchasing - I don’t like to keep you waiting!

  • Yes - however, international shipping is only available for small items only, such as coasters and trinkets. Due to the size and natural elements of my original artworks, such as ones with delicate pressed flowers, rocks and seashells, they can only be shipped within the uk.

    I’m exploring safer ways to extend international shipping for my original artworks, but for now this limitation helps protect them while they’re in transit.

  • In the unfortunate circumstance that your order arrives damaged, I will do my best to accommodate you. There is a process where you will send evidence of your damaged item within 48 hours of you receiving the order to theshellwoodtreasures@gmail.com.

    Subject to the evidence, you’ll receive an offer for a free replacement, providing that stock is available, or a refund for the order.

  • Due to the bespoke and original nature of my artworks, I’m unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

    • Change of mind

    • Natural variations in materials

    • Minor imperfections that are part of the artwork’s handmade character

    • It’s after the 48 hour time frame

    Refunds or replacements are only offered where damage has occurred during transit or where an item is proven to be faulty, subject to the evidence that has been provided.

  • Yes - if you mistakenly placed an order or you’ve changed your mind, orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after the purchase has been made, providing it hasn’t yet been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the postal or courier service used.

    While I’m always happy to help track your parcel, I can’t be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond my control.

    If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be considered in line with the courier’s investigation outcome.
